As part of the Action Map Project to End the Suffering of the Families of Missing and Forcibly Disappeared Victims, implemented by the Nineveh Women's Organization with the support of the Dutch Ambience Watch, we visited the Nineveh Police Command. During the visit, we met with the Police Commander, Major General Falah Al-Jarba, in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Iqbal Al-Saydali, Advisor to the Prime Minister. We presented the policy paper on women and reparations in Nineveh: Restoring attention to fair victims, and discussed the importance and role of police stations in helping affected women by facilitating the procedures for filing complaints to obtain fair compensation.
